Human review, before anything ships.

Every draft, brief, and scheduled action passes through a real human reviewer before it reaches you or an external recipient. AI runs the operations; the Chief Assistant owns the gate. This page explains exactly what that gate looks like.

Review queue → approval → dispatch.

Every draft, brief, and scheduled action enters the queue before it ships. Nothing leaves KlicaOS without a human signature on it. AI runs the operations. The Chief Assistant — a real human — owns the gate.

01

Review queue

Drafted items from every agent — inbox replies, financial summaries, brief updates, scheduled vendor actions — land here first. Nothing ships on autopilot.

02

Human review

The Chief Assistant reads each item, refines the wording, adds context that AI cannot infer, and either approves, edits, or escalates. Edits become the default behavior — silence is not approval.

03

Dispatch

Approved items reach the CEO or external recipients. Each dispatched item carries an audit trail — reviewer, edit log, dispatch timestamp. Nothing is sent without a paper trail.

24-hour review.
EU isolation. NDA-bound.

The Private Office tier is anchored on two binding commitments: a hard review window, and a hard legal envelope around your data. Both are described in the intake form and enforced on every run.

SLA

24-hour review SLA

Any drafted item surfaces to the reviewer within one business day of being queued. If the reviewer edits, the edit travels with the item downstream — the CEO never receives the unedited first pass. If your application fits the Private Office tier, it enters the review queue and you'll hear back within one business day.

Scope

EU isolation & NDA coverage

EU-hosted infrastructure, GDPR-compliant by default. Your data does not leave the EU. The mutual NDA covers everything shared during the application and the first conversation onward — including every draft the reviewer handles. Only the assigned operating partner and the Chief Assistant rotation see your queue.

How review actually works.

Direct answers to the questions founders ask before they commit to the Private Office tier. If something below isn't covered, the intake form has space for it.

What counts as a "draft"?
Anything the agents produce that leaves the system — a reply to a board member, a vendor contract summary, a financial reconciliation, a scheduled calendar action, an outbound note to a recruiter. Internal scratch and raw agent reasoning don't queue for review; everything user-visible or external-recipient-visible does. Apply →
What if the reviewer disagrees with the AI?
The reviewer edits or rewrites. Their version ships. Edits are logged against the original AI output so you can see what changed. If the reviewer escalates (rare), the item pauses and the CEO gets a private note with the recommendation. Apply →
Is the reviewer inside the EU?
Yes. The Chief Assistant review rotation is EU-based. Combined with EU-hosted infrastructure and the mutual NDA, your drafts, briefs, and scheduled actions stay inside the EU legal envelope from intake onward. Read the EU isolation baseline → Apply →
Can I bypass the review queue?
No — and that's the point. The review layer is the whole reason the Private Office tier exists. If you want raw AI dispatch without human review, the €1,500/month Executive Brief tier fits better. Anything above €3,500/month goes through review by default. Apply →
What happens if something ships by mistake?
The reviewer is a human and humans occasionally err. When they do, the audit trail captures what shipped, when, and at whose signature. You get a same-day disclosure and a corrective draft within the 24-hour SLA. The system is designed to be reversible up to dispatch — once dispatched, escalation replaces correction. Apply →

Review is the reason
this tier costs what it costs.

If your draft-review requirement is non-negotiable — board communications, NDA-bound clients, vendor escalations — the Private Office tier is built for you. Six-minute intake, EU-hosted, NDA from your first keystroke.
